Affinity+

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8 October 2026

Affinity+ is a property sales and administration platform used by Affinity Realty. This policy explains how information is handled in the platform, including its connection to Google Drive. KDA Labs provides technical support for the platform.

Information we handle

The platform handles account and contact details, agent and purchaser information, property and sales records, invoices, payment vouchers, uploaded documents, and records of actions taken in the platform. Information is supplied by users or authorised staff as part of their work.

How information is used

Information is used to provide account access, administer property transactions and documents, process billing and payouts, maintain operational records, and support and secure the platform.

Google Drive connection

An authorised administrator connects the organisation’s Google account. Affinity+ uses this connection to find or create folders for unit documents, upload documents submitted through the platform, and store file identifiers and links for document review. Submitted documents may contain personal or financial information.

The system-capacity card reads the connected Google account’s email address to confirm the correct account, and its storage usage and capacity. This capacity check does not read the contents of Drive files. Google connection credentials are stored on the server and are not included in dashboard responses.

Google user data is used to provide these document-management and capacity features. It is not sold or used for advertising or to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. Affinity+’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access and service providers

Platform access depends on assigned roles and transaction involvement. Documents and records can be accessed by authorised people as required for administration and review. A document link does not itself change the file’s Google Drive sharing permissions.

Google provides Drive storage and authentication for the connection. Supabase provides database, authentication and server-function services. Cloudflare provides website hosting and request processing. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services; their own privacy policies also apply.

Retention and security

Records and documents are retained for operational, transaction and applicable record-keeping requirements. Retention can differ by record type. Disconnecting Google access prevents further authorised API access but does not automatically delete documents already stored in Drive or records already held in Affinity+.

The platform uses authenticated access, role-based checks and server-side credential storage. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can revoke the Google connection through your Google Account connections settings. This will interrupt Drive-dependent features. Contact the platform administrator to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Requests are assessed against transaction and record-keeping requirements.
